Check Your Tires
October 26, 2026
Proverbs 4:26-27 calls us to give careful thought to our paths, not just glance at them. Like a tire losing pressure without looking flat, most lives don't crash off course all at once; they drift two degrees at a time while the warning lights flash. Conviction and conscience aren't there to condemn us but to correct us, and the invitation is to pull over, check the dashboard, and let God realign us before the blowout.

Keeping Score
October 26, 2026
Romans 2:14-16 teaches us that God has written a sense of right and wrong on our hearts, and our conscience reminds us of His moral standard even when we fall short of it. Rather than ignoring our mistakes or living under constant guilt, we can respond with honesty and repentance, trusting that through Jesus we find forgiveness and freedom from condemnation.

Holding On Tight
October 26, 2026
2 Kings 18:3, 5-6 teaches us through King Hezekiah that trusting God means holding on to Him and continuing to follow His ways, even when life gets hard. When we feel tired or discouraged, we can keep praying, doing what is right, and remembering that God holds on to us even tighter than we hold on to Him.
