A Family Came Seeking a Better Life. They Found Something Greater.

They moved here from Venezuela, chasing a better life for their family. Not long after, that life cracked open as they went through a painful divorce.  

Their daughter, Anabella, began struggling with depression.

So her mom did what a lot of moms do when they run out of answers. She went searching online for a church and she found Fellowship.

She brought Anabella to The Mix, our youth ministry. God began working in Anabella's heart, right there, in the middle of a hard season, through a community that wrapped around her and through the teaching of his word.  

And in February of this year, Anabella's life was forever changed. She gave her life to Jesus.

But God was not finished. Not even close.

Because of what was happening in her daughter's life, Ana started coming too, even though she does not speak a word of English. Right around that same time, we launched our Spanish translation and Bible Study Class. Ana got connected. God started working in her heart the same way he had worked in Anabella's.

And this past Sunday, Ana gave her life to Jesus too.

That is our God.

A family came seeking a better life. Now, because of him, their lives will never be the same.
