Join hundreds of youth for an adrenaline-packed adventure filled with faith, epic worship, and the biggest New Year's Eve celebration you'll ever experience. From Tuesday, December 30 to Thursday, January 1, this is the only place to be if you're ready to launch into the new year like never before. Don't just celebrate—ignite your year with unforgettable memories!

What age is this event open to?
New Year’s at Allaso is open to all 6th – 12th grade students! If you’re interested in volunteering, email us at volunteer@themixfc.com.
How much is registration?
Registration for New Year’s at Allaso is $199. Registration includes a crewneck and bus transportation to and from Allaso Ranch. Registrations are non-refundable.
Will transportation be provided to Allaso Ranch?
Yes! Transportation is provided from Fellowship Church in Grapevine to Allaso Ranch. Check-in and pick-up will be at Fellowship Church in Grapevine.
How can I pick up the sweatshirt included with the registration?
The Mix Team will reach out to coordinate pick-up of your sweatshirt in October! We want you to have plenty of time to wear it around town and show it off to your friends well before New Years! If you are out of town, we can mail your sweatshirt, or you can pick it up at check-in.
Can I request a specific roommate for the event?
Absolutely! You can request a friend after you are registered. For the roommate request to be confirmed, your friend will need to accept your request. If you don’t have anyone in mind you want to room with, you can leave the request blank and meet new friends.
What is the event cancellation policy?
I understand that I am holding a spot so reservations for this event are nonrefundable. If I am unable to attend, I understand that I will not be refunded for any prior transactions, but I may transfer my registration to someone else.
