Children's Pastor

Summary

FC Kids is the children’s ministry of Fellowship Church. FC Kids is committed to partnering with parents to raise children, from birth through fifth grade, who love Jesus and share his love with all those around them. A children’s pastor at Fellowship Church is responsible for the growth of the children’s ministry. This is accomplished by executing the weekend FC Kids experience weekly, building relationships with children and their parents, developing leaders, and helping to fulfill the vision of Fellowship Church.

This person must be someone who is passionate about reaching the next generation and building the local church. They must have experience in speaking, leading/recruiting volunteers, and the ability to connect and communicate with both parents and students. This person must have a high level of excellence along with a clear calling to ministry, and a desire to work in a creative, fast paced, critique giving environment. This person must be self driven and have desire to grow and develop personally as a leader.
