Here are 10 ways to get involved

Making the church a priority will better prepare your student for the challenges of college and adult life. Check out the following tips for parents to encourage your student to participate at FC.

Top 10 Tips for Parents

  1. Make the local church a priority in your family schedule by attending one of the weekend Worship Experiences.
  2. Encourage your student to attend The Mix every Wednesday.
  3. Join a Connect Group. Connect Groups meet in homes around the area the 2nd and 4th Sundays of each month.
  4. Encourage your student to serve at The Mix or during the weekends. Take an All Access Tour for a behind-the-scenes look at volunteering at Fellowship Church.
  5. Schedule Fellowship Church Student Camp into your summer! Check out our Camp page for more information about 2011 registration.
  6. Take advantage of special events throughout the year such as mission trips and service projects.
  7. Serve as a Volunteer. You can play a crucial role as a daytime volunteer in the office, a weekend kiosk volunteer, a media volunteer or a small group leader at The Mix.
  8. Connect your student to healthy relationships by plugging them into the life of the church.
  9. Utilize the student ministry webpage and keep up to date with our events.
  10. Partner with the staff to develop your students spiritual maturity.
