Make a difference in a student's life

Every summer the lives of students are changed and challenged by our fun-filled, action-packed week. Camp also profoundly impacts the lives of the people who willingly give of their time to invest in the students. As you are making your summer plans, make room on your calendar for an awesome week of camp at Allaso Ranch. We would love to have you serving alongside us. Volunteers will be needed in every aspect of camp.

Volunteer at Summer Camp

Trainers:

  • Trainer
  • Co-Trainer for Kids Camp – Sr. High students that have completed 9th grade
  • Co-Trainer for Jr. High Camp – Sr. High students that have completed 10th grade
  • SidebySide Trainer - Serve alongside campers with special needs/disabilities

General Volunteers:

  • Operations Team – Kitchen, housekeeping, camp store
  • Grounds Team – Set up, maintenance
  • Activities Team – Wrangler, ropes course, zip line, swim center, paintball, etc.
  • Media
  • Medical Team – Must be licensed professional: Doctor, Registered Nurse, Paramedic, etc.
    (Can serve for partial days depending on schedule)

Cost: $100 for one week
There is no additional cost to serve additional weeks after the first one.

Arrival Day Volunteers

Allaso Ranch is open for summer business, and we have opportunities for you to be a part of the Allaso Ranch experience without staying the entire week!

The Arrival Team has the privilege of hosting all of our campers and families on their first day of camp. Their responsibilities include greeting, hosting, giving a hay ride tour to the main building, loading luggage and camp check-in. Arrival Team volunteers serve on the weekend for one or two days, depending on your schedule.

Elementary childcare will be provided while you are volunteering and we will be done at 5:00pm on Sunday. If you are bringing your camper to a week of camp, we would love for you to bring them with you on Saturday night and check them in when you arrive!

Saturday Arrival: Check in at 5:30pm and enjoy dinner, free time at the swim center and a night at the camp.

Sunday Arrival: Check in at 8:30 am. Tour the camp and attend a Fellowship Church worship experience in the Allaso Ranch Auditorium.

Allaso Ranch Arrival Teams are needed for the following dates:

  • Jr. High Camp Weeks:
    June 11-12
    June 18-19
    June 25-26
  • Sr. High Camp Weeks:
    July 9-10
    July 16-17
  • FC Kids Camp Weeks:
    July 23-24
    July 30-31
    Aug 6-7
